Readers Interiors offers tailored customer service for commercial businesses based on the island. We offer a very competitive discounted tariff for local trade customers, but in addition offer individual service that we hope will lighten the load of your project:
Specification - We will meet you on-site at your business to understand the project. We can measure up any rooms, recesses or access ways to ensure furniture dimensions are suitable (to avoid any surprises), and will even bring furniture samples so you can see them in situ. After the meeting we will provide a written quotation based on your requirements.
Scheduled Delivery - it is very important that the arrival of your furniture is suitably timed with the progress of your project. Therefore we will remain in contact with you to ensure that the delivery date is still appropriately scheduled, or whether the delivery needs to be changed – we can be flexible. Also, delivery to your door is absolutely free for any order over £150.
Assembly - should the prospect of installing your delivery be too much, we are happy to provide a quotation with full assembly included.
Removal - if you have old furniture that you are not sure what to do with, please let us know and, subject to inspection, we may be able to help you move it on.
Trade Card - if you are an island business, you automatically qualify for a trade card which entitles you to year round discounts, and exclusive special offers. Simply drop us a line with your business details, and we’ll send one out.
